Lunch : Mediterranean Tuna Pita (makes 4 servings)


INGREDIENTS:
2 cans Tuna, drained
1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon dry basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 sliced tomato
1/4 cup sliced olives
2 pita bread rounds

DIRECTIONS:
Combine tuna, yogurt, mayonnaise,onion and seasonings; mix well. Cut pita bread in-half; split to form pockets. Fill pockets with tomato, cucumber, tuna mixture and olives. Try it with Skinless and Boneless Salmon!
